Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your Ultra capacity at any time. Prorated charges or credits will be applied to your account automatically.
We will notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your usage. You can upgrade to the next tier or purchase a temporary usage add-on without interrupting your store's operations.
Security is a product requirement. EcomBrain should use encryption in transit and at rest, merchant permissions, and approval controls. Your proprietary store data should not be used to train public models.
